1. Return Time Limit
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after customers receive the package. Any return request beyond 30 days will not be approved.
2. Return Condition (Important for Shoes)
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, all returned items must meet the following requirements:

The boots are unworn, unwashed and undamaged;

Please try on shoes only on clean carpet to avoid sole scratches and dirt;

Original shoe box, dust bag, brand tag and all accessories must be complete and intact;

No artificial scratches, stains, deformation or suede surface abrasion.
Unacceptable Returns: Worn shoes, damaged items, clearance sale items and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Return Shipping Fee Rule

Customer-caused return (wrong size, dislike, personal reason): Customers need to bear the return shipping fee. The original delivery fee is non-refundable.

Store-caused return (quality problem, wrong item, wrong size): We provide free return label and cover all shipping fees. Full refund or free replacement will be offered.
4. Refund Process & Time

Contact our customer service to get the official return address;

Send back the goods and fill in the return tracking number;

We will inspect the items after receiving your returned package;

Approved refund will be returned to your original payment account within 5-10 business days.
5. Notes

We do not support cash on delivery return packages;

International return logistics takes 14-30 working days due to cross-border transportation;

All refunds will be processed only after warehouse inspection.
