1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Slight delays may occur during peak holiday seasons.

3. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Real-time logistics updates are available via the tracking link. We are not responsible for delays caused by local postal congestion or customs processing.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost in transit: If your package is confirmed lost with official carrier documentation, we will provide a full refund or free reshipment. Please contact us within 60 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Damaged on arrival: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide unboxing video and photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.
5. Address & Order Modifications Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Address modifications are not accepted after the order has been shipped. We reserve the right to cancel high-risk, duplicate, or abnormal orders without prior notice.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (DDU) All international shipments may be subject to customs inspection and import duties upon arrival. Any import taxes, handling fees, or customs clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. MOOREYU ATELIER does not cover any customs-related fees. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
